Housed in a beautifully preserved 1850s heritage building in Durbanville, Rust-en-Vrede has been a cornerstone of South African art since 1984. With three dynamic exhibition spaces and home to the National Portrait Award and South African Clay Awards, the gallery proudly showcases both established and emerging talent — a cultural landmark in the Western Cape and beyond.
