Before completing this Digital Entry Form, PLEASE ENSURE:

• You have read and understood the RULES & REGULATIONS fully.
• You have a copy of your ID ready to upload.
• You have high quality jpeg images of your work ready to upload.
• You have a copy of your proof of payment ready to upload.
• You complete a separate Digital Entry Form for each artwork entered.

The entry fee for this competition is: R250 per entry.

Please complete the Digital Entry Form fully. Incomplete entries will not be processed. All fields marked with a * must be completed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

• the entry fee is non-refundable,
• the telephone number fields only accept digits – do not use brackets or + signs,
