FORTY, curated by Donavan Mynhardt, is a Group Exhibition of showing works by a selection of prominent artists whom have exhibited, adjudicated or contributed to programming at Rust-en-Vrede throughout the past 40 years.
Participating artists include: Caryn Scrimgeour, Jo Roets, André Serfontein, Strijdom van der Merwe, Heather Gourlay-Conyngham, Craig Cameron-Mackintosh, Elizabeth Gunter, Zarah Cassim, Stephané E Conradie, Wilma Cruise, Felicity Bell, Ralph Johnson, Adriaan Diedericks, Marié Stander, Karen Elkington and Jaco van Schalkwyk.
Various art classes given by independent tutors. These include Drawing, Painting and Etching.
These classes are designed to encourage interaction between students, tutors, artists and others to create a vibrant ambiance.
